  1. Agreement to the terms and conditions

By placing an order on the website, the user declares that they have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions of sale.

The applicable terms and conditions are those in force on the date of the order. The owner reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.


  1. Product details and availability

The products on sale are Shoto brand shoes and accessories, all handmade.

Each product is described and photographed with the highest accuracy; any minor differences are to be considered normal in the case of handmade products.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be promptly informed and the order will be refunded.


  1. Prices and billing      

All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that the price applied will be the one visible at the time of the order.

For each order, an electronic invoice is issued, if requested, or a tax receipt.


  1. Payment methods

Payments are accepted via:

  • PayPal
  • Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)

Payment details are managed via secure encrypted platforms and are neither recorded nor visible to the data controller.

  1. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is considered concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation via email.


The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:


  • anomalies or errors in the data provided by the customer;

  • unavailability of the product;

  • suspicion of fraudulent use of the site.

  1. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made via selected couriers. Delivery times vary from 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are clearly indicated before the order is completed. In the event of delays not attributable to the seller, no compensation will be paid.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package. Any anomalies must be reported within 48 hours.


  1. Registration and purchase as a guest

To purchase on the website, customers can:

  • Register a personal account, with access to order history;
  • Place an order as a guest, providing only the data necessary for shipping.

All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Right of withdrawal

According to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.

How to do it:

  • The customer must send a communication to: customer@shoto.it
  • The product must be intact, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
  • The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the order.
  • Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.


  1. Legal warranty and defective products

All products sold are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

In the event of defects found within 2 years of purchase, the customer may:  

  • request a free replacement or repair (if possible);  
  • obtain a refund if the product is irreparable.

  1. Liability

The seller is not liable for:

  • delays or disruptions due to force majeure;
  • improper use of the products by the user;
  • content of third-party websites that may be linked to.



  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes between the seller and the consumer, the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall apply.


  1. ODR platform

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers can access the European platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
